How to order

Dear customers, to place an order for products from Kurdistan Industrial Lime Factory, you must first contact the sales department either in person or by phone in order to complete the purchase request form and submit the required documents. The submitted documents will then be forwarded to the sales accounting department for identity verification.

In the next step, a customer code will be created for you in the system and the total order amount will be announced. If you have previously purchased products from Kurdistan Industrial Lime Factory, you do not need to go through these steps again. Simply contact the sales experts, submit your request, and a pro forma invoice will be issued for you.

After depositing the order amount, you are required to send the payment receipt to the sales accounting department so that the official sales invoice can be issued.

The necessary arrangements for shipment will then be coordinated with you. For domestic customers, orders are delivered through local transportation companies. For export customers, coordination with customs clearance agents and border shipment procedures will be carried out. Finally, the products will be delivered to you with the highest quality standards.
